We offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Letters to ear to notify about the return or exchange with the item in question. We then will contact you to make an exchange or refund moving forward. We will refund or exchange the item, but the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will only be made once the item is received by us.

All international shipping is done through Pirate Ship Simple Export Rate. Shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks.
